The FDM technology is also used in the manufacturing process for fabricating prototypes and functional parts in common engineering in plastics. the process depends on the extrusion and heated feedstock plastic filaments through a nozzle tip. FDM in 3D printing process has also used by research and development sectors for the improvisation.
The process of FDM in 3d printing is the raw material is extruded as a thin filament through the heated nozzle it is saturated or deposited at the bottom of the printer machine platform where it solidifies.the next layer that is extruded fuses with the layer below, building products or object by layer by layer.
In FDM objects are woks by depositing raw material by layer by layer along x.y, z-axis. the accuracy of the 3D printing machine depends upon the vertical axis means (z-axis)so z-axis keep on minimum distance so it captures, and better the accuracy
